After formulating your personal program, you implement its actions in your daily life. Gathering information (through journaling, mental notes, etc.) and exploring the program's impact during your therapy appointments, we maximize the program's effect.

Follow Up and Follow-Through

Is your plan working? Re-assessment will tell us whether its time to determine new actions to help you better meet your goals, shift those goals, or strive for new achievements altogether.
